I prepare price quotes, and reply to all inquiries. I also liaise with some of our top clients. I am responsible for our in-house databases and registration systems. If you have an on-going project with us, or are a return customer, please contact me with any queries.
I am a chartered accountant, therefore, able to manage complex administrative tasks easily and efficiently. I speak good English, but my German is sufficient too. My key responsibility is to manage on-going projects, from start to finish, to ensure that all works out smoothly, from your first inquiry to the completion of the project. I communicate with the customer’s contact person, and the production manager, about all requirements, options and possibilities, and at later stages of the project, I monitor and manage all aspects in order to ensure that everything is delivered at top quality, and by the deadline.
